POP-UP MICHELIN DINNER SERIES | LE GAVROCHE’S RESIDENT CHEF ALEXY FUCHS REVISITS @ MEZZE BISTRO








It feels just like yesteryear when welcoming and rejoicing in moreish repast, specially crafted by Le Gavroche’s Resident Chef Alexy Fuchs, who was again, gracing Mezze Bistro after his last visit in year 2014.

It was definitely a culinary moment to behold and we were truly honoured to be part of this degustation event which features an array of refinedly orchestrated fete by the maestro none other than French Alsatian One-Star Michelin restaurant, Le Gavroche's Chef Alexy Fuchs, who will be helming the kitchen at Mezze Bar for a week this August.

In collaboration with Kronenbourg Brewery, Mezze’s executive Group Head Chef, Yves Pierre Renou and Chef Fuchs will showcase a week of cuisine that’s distinctively true to their home in Alsace, France- which where Kronenbourg Brewery hails from too.

As such, Kronenbourg 1664 and Mezze Bistro presents to you the inaugural pop-up Michelin dinner series by Le Gavroche’s Resident Chef Alexy Fuchs that only runs from 10th to 12th August 2016, featuring 6- Course Set Menu with wine pairing showcasing Le Gavroche’s modern classic cuisine with selected Kronenbourg-inspired dishes to titillate the discerning taste buds of epicurean here.

The gastronomical event was nothing short of a perfectly executed soiree of élan flair with lots of laughters shared around the tables and camaraderie imbued throughout the cozy enclave of Mezze Bistro. It was really a pleasure to have genial Chef Alexy Fuchs back in town again, who is currently manning Le Gavroche, a prestige One-Star Michelin restaurant in Alsace, France. And………….we are already harnessing the thought to really patron, experience ourselves carte du jour of the day and to greet Chef Fuchs at the de luxe restaurant itself.
