GOLF COURSE | THE ELS CLUB DESARU COAST @ JOHOR, MALAYSIA

A bright, sunny day with lush greeneries, surrounded by vast turf grass certainly calls for a day out with Mother Nature. Apart from the usual gastronomic excursion, how does a golfing day sound?

It’s been ages since I last laid my palms onto the golf stick, especially to be able to grip and swing the club accurately through the ball. Well, let’s not worry much over this as there is learning academy provided by THE ELS CLUB DESARU COAST as well.

 

The Els Club Desaru Coast is the second Els Club Malaysia championship course which is part of the mega project of Desaru Coast- a premium integrated destination resort and one of Malaysia’s most anticipated new tourism development creating an exciting blend of globally renowned hotels and resorts, a conference centre, a themed water park, a retail village and of course, the magnificent golf course, i.e: THE ELS CLUB DESARU COAST.

 

Set in the heart of Desaru Coast, The Els Club Desaru Coast features 45-holes of golf in total, with 2 distinct clubs; The Ocean Course (a 27-hole golf course designed by Ernie Els) and The Valley Course (an 18-hole golf course designed in collaboration with El’s long-standing friend and major champion, Vijay Singh-and is due to open early 2017)

Managed by world renowned management organization, Troon Golf, the experience, service and condition will be of the highest order and will bring a new standard to golf in Southeast Asia, giving members and guests the assurance that their experience will be the tip top, each and everytime they play.

The Ocean features 3 distinct 9-hole courses, namely the Lakes, Coast and Ridge. It also features a contemporary clubhouse design, private function rooms, premium stocked golf shop, locker rooms with Jacuzzi, and 2 casual al fresco style dining restaurants which provides a modern twist on comfort food.

 

The splendid championship golf course is designed such a way that it is overlooking the South China Sea, providing a picturesque scenery for the eyes to feast while taking a quick time-out in between games.

Over here at the The Els Performance Golf Academy, golf enthusiasts from all skill levels are welcomed, as there will be expert to guide us along throughout the training, practising the golfing skills.
